New Billing Software

This is a heads up on the events that will be taking place over the next two weeks.  We are getting new billing software that will “go live” in the next 10 days, between August 17th and August 24th.  Although that sounds easy enough, there is a lot to it. 

We will be taking the online payment portal on our website down Monday, the 17th at midnight.  This means you will no longer be able to login and make a credit card payment or have access to that information.  We will not be accepting credit card payments from that time forward until the new software is up and running, on or about August 25th.  We will be able to take payments by paper check and cash in the office, but no credit cards until the new software is verified and completely up and running.   

With that being said, we will not be charging late fees this month or next month because we want to give you ample time to set up your new account.  We will also have a new customer notification tool within the new software that we will begin to utilize.  This will replace the automated phone calls and text alerts that you have previously received for late bills or disconnect notices. 

Your ACCOUNT NUMBER will change, and you will see the NEW account number on your next bill that you receive in the mail or via email.  There will also be a completely new online payment portal as well.  If you have set up recurring credit card payments, you will have to do that again through the new payment portal.   If you have ACH payment arrangements, they will not be affected and will require no action.
